1) Policy Scope
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how More Seconds (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, secures, and shares Personal Information when you visit https://www.moreseconds.com and related sites (the “Websites”), interact with our branded social pages, contact us, or use our services (design, development, integrations, support, consulting) (collectively, the “Services”).
Controller vs. Processor. For our Websites and marketing, we act as controller. When we provide Services to a client and process Personal Information on their instructions (e.g., operating their site/app, integrating third-party tools), we generally act as a processor. In those cases, the client’s privacy notice governs and our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) applies.
2) Personal Information You Provide

- Project & Transaction Data: project briefs, SOW details, invoices, contracts, and related communications.
- Events/Content: webinar registrations, survey responses, testimonials (posted with consent).
3) Personal Information Collected Automatically
- Cookies & Similar Tech: essential cookies plus analytics and preference cookies (e.g., GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity). See “Cookies” below for controls.

We do not want PHI. We are not a HIPAA Business Associate. Please do not send protected health information (PHI) to us or through client systems we manage unless we have a signed agreement permitting it.
Anti-phishing note. We won’t ask for passwords or payment details in unsolicited messages. If you receive such a request, contact us at [email protected].
4) Personal Information From Other Sources
- Integrations: platforms you connect (e.g., CRM, analytics, e-commerce). Access is governed by those providers’ terms and permissions you grant.
- Social Features: widgets or login options may collect your IP and page interactions; their privacy policies apply.
5) How We Use Personal Information

- Deliver projects, process transactions, and communicate about work.
- Security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and compliance.
- Research and analytics to improve reliability, performance, and UX.

6) Legal Bases (where applicable)
We rely on one or more of the following: contract performance, legitimate interests (e.g., service improvement, security), consent (e.g., certain marketing or cookies), and legal obligations.
7) Why We Share Personal Information
We share with: service providers (hosting, analytics, payments, session replay, support) under contract; to comply with law; to protect rights/safety; and in a business transaction (e.g., merger). We don’t sell personal information. Testimonials and case studies are used with permission.
8) Security & Confidentiality
We maintain reasonable technical and organizational measures (access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, least-privilege). No method is 100% secure; if required by law, we’ll notify you of breaches via permitted channels.
9) Retention
We keep Personal Information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it; if deletion isn’t feasible (e.g., backups), we securely store and isolate it until deletion.
10) International Transfers
We may process data in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and require service providers to offer comparable protections.
11) Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise rights, email [email protected]. We’ll verify your request and respond as required by law.
Marketing opt-out. Use the “unsubscribe” link in our emails or contact us. Cookies. Manage via your browser and device settings.
12) Notice to California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not “sell” Personal Information as commonly understood and do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising without your controls. In the last 12 months we may have collected: identifiers (name, email, IP), commercial info (purchases), internet activity (device, usage), and inferences. We disclose categories as needed to providers (analytics, hosting, payments, support) and to comply with law. You may request access, deletion, correction, and to limit use of sensitive information (if any). To exercise rights or authorize an agent, email [email protected]. We will verify your identity before responding.

Our Websites and Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided Personal Information, contact us to delete it.
15) Google Data Use (If Applicable)
If we access information from Google APIs on your behalf (e.g., certain integrations), our use and transfer of that information will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
16) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where required, additional notice.
